Website Terms

Terms for using this website.

Customer projects and portal access require a separate written agreement. These terms apply to the public website and illustrative walkthrough.

Effective August 9, 2026.

Informational website

The website describes KeyPersonAI's current direction, available services, controlled-pilot portal, and potential engagement options. Features, timing, scope, and pricing are confirmed only in a signed customer agreement.

Illustrative material

Walkthroughs, scenarios, sample answers, screens, and outputs may be illustrative. They are not customer testimonials, guarantees, or promises that every engagement will produce the same result.

No professional advice

Website content and AI-generated material are not legal, medical, compliance, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making business decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other customers' information, upload malicious material, disrupt the service, scrape proprietary methods, or use the website unlawfully. Do not submit sensitive regulated information unless a written engagement expressly authorizes it.

Pastoral-transition boundaries

Pastoral-transition projects are intended to preserve approved organizational history, ministry operations, recurring rhythms, governance context, and successor guidance. Participants must not submit confessions, counseling communications, identifying information about minors, protected medical information, abuse allegations, donor or benevolence records, private personnel allegations, or other third-party information entrusted in confidence. KeyPersonAI is not a pastoral-care record system, clergy search service, denominational authority, safeguarding service, or mandatory-reporting adviser.

Sensitive-content screening

Automated and rule-based screening may identify and withhold potentially sensitive material for authorized review, but screening can produce false positives and false negatives. It does not determine confidentiality, privilege, consent, mandatory-reporting obligations, denominational duties, or whether disclosure is lawful or appropriate. Participants and customer-authorized reviewers remain responsible for disclosures, corrections, redactions, deletion decisions, access, and final approval.

Intellectual property

The KeyPersonAI name, website, software, visual design, and proprietary knowledge-capture framework belong to their respective owner. Customer ownership and permitted use of submitted material and deliverables are defined in the customer agreement.

No guarantee

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but the public website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness, specific results, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

No continuing authority

A transition deliverable records approved historical context from its sources. It does not preserve or extend an outgoing leader's authority, bind a successor, establish doctrine, authenticate disputed history, or replace the independent judgment and governance of current leadership.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
